Laboratory Technician in Analysis and Control and degree in Social Education. She has more than 12 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry (in allergic immunotherapy), performing tasks of allergenic extracts processing to obtain protein by extraction and purification until obtaining a lyophilized active substance. In addition, she has worked 8 years in Quality Control areas performing physical-chemical analysis. Currently working in the Efficient and Sustainable Processes department of AZTI, involved in research projects related to the valorisation of food industry by-products, through hydrolysis processes to obtain added value compounds, performing both hydrolysis and subsequent analytics.
