We are looking for people who may be interested in joining the AZTI team in future job opportunities in the area of sustainable fisheries management, in the “Socio economía pesquera” area. Specifically, we are looking for quantitative economist profiles with the following characteristics:

  • Preferably with a background in economics or business management, other training courses to be taken into account could be mathematics, anthropology, marine sciences or biology. Additional training with Doctorate, Master’s, or specialization courses in economics and natural resource management. With a high level of spoken and written English.
  • Knowledge and experience in economic data analysis, statistical econometrics and design of experiments is required.
  • Knowledge of marine natural resources management.
