Analyst specialized in the microbiological control of food, water and beverages. Work under the UNE EN/ISO 17025 Standard. Analysis by classical microbiology and by RT-PCR. Extensive experience in the characterization of microorganisms by sequencing the 16SrDNA gene (bacteria) and ITS fragments (fungi and yeasts). Enabled to work both in level 2 and 3 biological containment zones. Certified by the Spanish Collection of Type Cultures for the Management and Conservation of microorganisms.
