What will the food of the future be like? What role do citizens play in food innovation? How can science make food safer, more sustainable and healthier? In order to answer these questions starts the #FoodFashionFestival, an event that seeks to bring all the flavors of food innovation to the public through an interesting proposal of experimentation areas, talks, workshops…

Promoted by the Basque Government, AZTI and the European Institute of Food Innovation and Technology EIT Food, this festival will take place between 4 and 6 October in the emblematic La Palma building in Bilbao ( Posta street No. 3 of the Old Case, in front of the Arenal).
