The fourth edition of Food 4 Future was held from 16 to 18 April. The event brought together 9,037 visitors who came to Bilbao from 34 countries to witness the technological advances that are transforming the food industry towards a more efficient, sustainable and technological model.
A total of 287 exhibiting companies and 400 speakers shared their best practices and strategies to advance in decarbonisation and circular economy, new technologies for more efficient processes, as well as the development of new value propositions to connect with consumers.
As was the case last year, AZTInnova had its own space: an 80m2 stand with a lot to tell.
On the one hand, the main EATrends were present accompanied by an interactive game through which visitors could vote for the one they found most relevant.
On the other hand, in the space dedicated to start-ups, AZTInnova partners Lipiwell, specialising in personalised nutrition, and Ecolumber, great innovators in the nut snack sector, whose launch, AIRNUTS, also won the BTEM award for food innovation in the process category.
Last but not least, AZTInnova’s innovation showcase did not miss the appointment with the latest innovations of our partners.
Once again this year, three intense days that gave a lot and where AZTInnova’s partners were able to be present. We look forward to seeing you next year!
